Pride flags were raised at multiple county owned facilities in Downey, after the Downey City Council disallowed the pride flag at city facilities.

In preparation for the Democratic National Convention, Artesia City Council Member Ali Taj, Cerritos City Council Member Frank Yokoyama, Arnel Dino, and HHHDC VP Catherine Pascual attended the CADem Executive Board Meeting in San Diego for a Delegate Meeting. In addition to the meeting, we spoke with Fiona Ma and attended the Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Caucus meeting.
